Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CardSignal ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

CardSignal aggregates publicly available buy/sell/trade posts from One Piece TCG Facebook groups and presents them in a searchable dashboard format. The Service provides market intelligence and does not facilitate transactions directly.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
  • One account per person. Sharing accounts is prohibited.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose.
  • Attempt to scrape, copy, or redistribute data from the Service.
  • Circumvent usage limits or access controls.
  • Interfere with the operation of the Service.
  • Use automated systems (bots, scripts) to access the Service without authorization.
  • Resell access to the Service or share your account with others.

5. Data and Third-Party Content

The Service displays data aggregated from third-party sources (Facebook groups). We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of this data. Prices, availability, and seller information may be outdated or incorrect. Always verify information directly with sellers before making purchases.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

  • Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance.
  • All payments are processed through Stripe.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of your billing period.
  • Refunds are provided at our discretion.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding third-party data), is owned by CardSignal. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without prior written permission.

CardSignal is not affiliated with Bandai, One Piece, or any trading card game publisher. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DATA WILL BE ACCURATE. USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CARDSIGNAL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST PROFITS, FAILED TRADES, OR DATA LOSS.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
